El fiscal\u00a0Jonatan Rober<\/strong>t\u00a0pidi\u00f3 que el chofer\u00a0Alberto Maldonado<\/strong>, que conduc\u00eda el micro accidentado ayer en la ruta 2, permanezca detenido.\u00a0\u201c\u00c9l estaba muy compungido y en varias oportunidades le tuve que acercar agua. Pidi\u00f3 no menos de cuatro veces disculpas a las familias y expres\u00f3 su m\u00e1s sentido p\u00e9same a las familias involucradas en la tragedia<\/mark>\u00ab<\/em><\/strong>, dijo el fiscal.\u00a0Robert<\/strong> atendi\u00f3 a la prensa con extremada prudencia, se\u00f1alando que \u00abun error o una diferencia en una palabra<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

En el accidente murieron dos nenas de 11 y 12 a\u00f1os. Robert se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la declaraci\u00f3n del chofer y la de su acompa\u00f1ante fueron \u00abno contradictorias, pero s\u00ed diferentes\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

El conductor est\u00e1 acusado de homicidio culposo agravado en concurso ideal con lesiones culposas agravadas. Seg\u00fan el fiscal,\u00a0Maldonado\u00a0dijo que hubo una\u00a0\u00a0<\/mark>\u00a0falla mec\u00e1nica y que sinti\u00f3 la explosi\u00f3n de un neum\u00e1tico. Tambi\u00e9n dijo que intent\u00f3 esquivar una rejilla paralela a la ruta.<\/p>\n

Robert<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que orden\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de pericias mec\u00e1nicas y una nueva inspecci\u00f3n ocular en el hecho. El fiscal observ\u00f3 que tanto el chofer como su acompa\u00f1ante negaron haber estado usando sus tel\u00e9fonos celulares en el momento del accidente, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n haberse quedado dormidos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
