{"id":7138,"date":"2018-12-10T21:36:17","date_gmt":"2018-12-10T21:36:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/larevistadigital.com.ar\/blog\/?p=7138"},"modified":"2018-12-10T21:36:17","modified_gmt":"2018-12-10T21:36:17","slug":"belgrano-denuncian-persecucion-sindical-a-dirigente-de-cicop-de-general-belgrano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/larevistadigital.com.ar\/blog\/belgrano-denuncian-persecucion-sindical-a-dirigente-de-cicop-de-general-belgrano\/","title":{"rendered":"BELGRANO: DENUNCIAN PERSECUCI\u00d3N SINDICAL A DIRIGENTE DE CICOP DE GENERAL BELGRANO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores y las trabajadoras nucleados en la Asociaci\u00f3n Sindical de Profesionales de la Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (CICOP) de General Belgrano denunciaron que\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cviolando todas las normas vigentes, ante una querella penal por una presunta mala praxis profesional, el Gobierno municipal\u00a0inici\u00f3 un sumario administrativo sobre la Secretaria Gremial de nuestra seccional, Sonia Brunner, disponiendo una suspensi\u00f3n preventiva por 60 d\u00edas\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con ello, advirtieron que<em>\u00a0\u201cesta suspensi\u00f3n obedece a un acto antisindical y discriminatorio\u201d<\/em>.<br \/>\nPrecisaron que la misma<em>\u00a0\u201cviolenta la protecci\u00f3n que la legislaci\u00f3n prev\u00e9 para los y las dirigentes sindicales, la cual reza que no es posible modificar sus condiciones laborales sin la previa exclusi\u00f3n judicial de la tutela sindical\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, los asesores legales de CICOP elevaron una Carta Documento intimando al Municipio de General Belgrano a que en un plazo de 48 horas deje sin efecto dicha suspensi\u00f3n preventiva. En caso de no obtener una respuesta satisfactoria, consignaron que se iniciar\u00e1n todas las acciones legales y gremiales pertinentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
